- Ownership of Deliverables: Mila Videography retains ownership of all raw footage unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- License to Use: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes.
- Prohibited Use: Deliverables may not be resold, modified, or used for purposes outside the agreement without prior written consent.
2. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information provided by the client will be handled securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required to fulfill the project or comply with legal obligations.
3. Dron Videography
- Compliance with Laws: Drone operations will comply with local regulations, including permits and airspace restrictions.
- Weather Limitations: Drone filming is weather-dependent. Mila Videography reserves the right to reschedule or modify services if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with regulations.
4. Revisions and Changes
- Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the agreement.
- Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.
5. Amendments to Terms
Mila Videography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
